Purchase and activation
The purchase page describes the plan, term, benefits and amount due before confirmation. Displayed subscription and purchased-reply prices include applicable taxes.
A subscription activates immediately on payment, without a separate early-start choice. This description is not itself a waiver of cancellation rights or a substitute for an express request where required.
Annual subscriptions, when offered, are paid in full upfront, with replies allocated monthly rather than all at once for the year.
Renewal and monthly replies
Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is stopped. Separate reply or credit purchases are one-off purchases and do not renew automatically.
Unused included monthly replies expire at the end of their allocation period and do not roll over.
Stopping renewal and price changes
Stopping renewal preserves the subscription through its prepaid term. It does not by itself immediately end the term or automatically refund its price.
The agreed price and benefits are preserved throughout the prepaid term. A new price applies at a later renewal, with in-account notice at least one week before the affected renewal and any additional mandatory notice requirements. Email notice is not promised.
Unsuccessful renewal
If the paid term ends without successful renewal, paid benefits stop and the account returns to the free plan, retaining data and separately purchased replies subject to capacity and retention provisions.
Resources exceeding free-plan limits are paused, not deleted solely because of the downgrade. The system keeps the oldest-created agents and earliest-connected channels active within the plan limits.
Purchased-credit validity
Each purchased credit lot is valid for one calendar year from purchase. A new purchase does not extend older lots. Among purchased lots, the system consumes the lot expiring soonest first.
The one-year period does not automatically apply to gifts or monthly included replies; those balances follow the terms shown when granted or allocated.
On credit repricing, quantity is recalculated while preserving the actual amount paid for the remaining portion, including purchase discounts. Preserving value does not guarantee an unchanged reply quantity or purchasing power, or make credits a cash deposit.
Voluntary refunds
A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase or renewal if no reply from the relevant paid subscription or lot has been consumed. Login, configuration and free replies do not count as consuming the paid purchase. Use in an earlier term does not itself disqualify an unused renewal.
An eligible subscription request is made in Subscriptions / Manage Subscription; a separate credit request is made against its transaction. Eligible requests execute automatically without staff review; mandatory rights remain separate from button eligibility.
A subscription refund ends the refunded term and stops renewal without deleting the account, data or unrelated purchases. A credit refund removes only credits attributable to that purchase, preserving other purchased and gifted balances.
Refunds use the original payment method, not platform credit, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receipt of an eligible request or any shorter mandatory period. The clock does not wait for delayed internal approval.
The 24-hour window is an additional commercial exception, not a replacement for consumer rights or remedies for defective or undelivered service or incorrect charges. Consuming one reply does not extinguish every mandatory right.
Permanent closure and prepaid balances
On company closure, the company announces closure on the website one full month beforehand. We provide subscriptions through their prepaid terms or refund the value of the term not provided.
Unprovided time is valued proportionately from the actual discounted subscription price, without repricing used months at the standalone monthly rate. A USD 120 annual purchase with half its term remaining therefore has USD 60 of remaining value.
If the company closes before purchased credits expire, remaining unused, unexpired paid value is refunded at the actual purchase price including discounts. This does not assign cash value to gifts or revive expired credits.
Eligible closure refunds start automatically without a customer request, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of cessation of the relevant paid service or a shorter mandatory deadline. The voluntary 24-hour request window and wholly-unused-purchase condition do not apply.
