Service provider

Laila is a product of EGYWARE LTD, its owner and service provider, registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17522376, at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

These terms cover Laila for individuals and companies. They do not automatically cover other products merely because those products share its account ecosystem. Contact Laila at connect@lailaagents.com or its legal owner at info@egyware.com.

Eligibility and company representation

The minimum registration age is 13, except where applicable law requires a higher age or parental or legal guardian permission. There is no general guardian-permission requirement for all users under 18; applicable capacity requirements still apply.

If you register or accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to represent and bind it. Creating a company in Laila does not itself establish your legal ownership of it.

Accounts and teams

A user may create a company without prior manual approval. Each team member must use their own account; several people must not share one account's credentials.

Selling or transferring an account or subscription to another party is prohibited. This does not prevent adding authorized team members or replacing a representative within the same company entity.

Agents and service scope

Laila operates AI agents that reply to conversations automatically, without mandatory human review of every reply. Outputs may contain errors or inaccurate information and should not be treated as authoritative professional judgments.

The service does not promise to create orders or change records in external customer systems. Connected channels remain subject to available functionality, channel rules and applicable requirements, including AI-identity disclosure where required.

Acceptable use

You must use the service with the necessary permissions and rights. Laila must not be the sole basis for consequential medical, legal or financial decisions without qualified professional review. General informational questions are not prohibited.

  • Fraud, impersonation or misleading others about your identity or authority.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging or violations of connected-channel requirements.
  • Using content or data without the necessary rights or permissions.

Subscriptions and payments

The purchase page describes the plan, term, benefits and amount due before confirmation. The subscriptions and refunds policy forms part of these terms, including renewal, cancellation, purchased credits, validity and closure refunds.

Creating a free account does not make future offers or planned features part of your subscription. Your selected offer and the details presented at purchase determine what you buy.

Capacity and account deletion

Service-data retention is linked to the account's available capacity. On exceeding it, the customer is notified and given seven full days to reduce use or obtain more capacity. Only after that period is excess data eligible for system-selected deletion.

The main account holder requests deletion through the dashboard, covering its companies, teams and associated data within its scope. There is a three-calendar-month recovery period; ordinary use stops and sign-in is limited to recovery or deletion-request management.

Automatic renewal stops on a deletion request and does not restart simply because the account is recovered; the customer must enable it again. No pre-deletion dashboard export feature is promised. Applicable data rights remain separate from interface options and account recovery.

Suspension and review

Access may be suspended on legitimate grounds, including violations, misuse, protection of the service or others, or compliance with a binding obligation. This is not a right to arbitrary suspension without grounds.

A suspension notice contains a method to request review. Detailed grounds may be withheld, subject to required disclosures. A review request does not guarantee reinstatement or a particular outcome; suspension alone does not extinguish non-excludable rights.

Availability and support

There is no contractual uptime-percentage guarantee, contractual outage-compensation program or guaranteed support-response time. These provisions do not exclude non-excludable rights or remedies.

Company name and logo

By accepting on behalf of a company, to the extent you have authority to grant permission, you permit use of its name and logo to identify Laila customers and in marketing during and after the relationship. This wording does not provide a voluntary permission-withdrawal process.

Permission is limited to the name and logo. It does not authorize publication of private conversations, attachments or data, invented endorsements or implying that a former customer is still current. Applicable mandatory rights and restrictions remain.

Separate contracts and language

A separately agreed customer contract prevails only for provisions conflicting with these general terms; the remainder continues to apply. Arabic controls if the Arabic and English versions differ in meaning, subject to non-excludable rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the law of England and Wales, with disputes referred to its courts, subject to mandatory rules and consumers' non-excludable protections and access to applicable local law and courts.

Changes to the terms

We may update and publish revised terms at any time. No general advance-notice period is promised for every update, subject to any notice, consent or protection required by applicable law.

This does not override prepaid-term protections or subscription-price notices, or treat acceptance of an earlier version as a waiver of mandatory rights or blanket consent to new data purposes.
